Sometimes we need a sounding board, someone who will listen with compassion and understanding of how difficult it can be to make life-long changes to improve your health and well-being. If you’ve recently been told you need to lose weight for health reasons, been diagnosed as a diabetic or with heart health issues, have a child that is overweight or obese, or you just want to change a habit such as nighttime eating, stress eating, become healthier as a non-smoker or recovering alcoholic, it might be time for you to engage with a coach to help you overcome the obstacles that are preventing you from reaching the changes encouraged by your health care professional or that you personally want to achieve.

I provide friendly, non-judgmental coaching in a welcoming atmosphere free from intimidation. Together we will discuss the obstacles you want to overcome, explore reasons why they have been a challenge, create a plan of action that YOU are comfortable and track your progress over time.


It is recommended that you commit six months of coaching in order to experience results you desire.
