Thank you for taking interest in your health! I’m so glad you’ve stopped by my site to learn more. Trying to navigate through the massive amounts of messages out there on healthy eating and nutrition is overwhelming and so much of it is misleading.

 

As a Master Certified Health Coach, I work with individuals on a one-on-one basis, helping them overcome obstacles to change. We meet weekly or bi-weekly, based on needs, to work together to achieve health goals.

 

I also provide educational workshops that are science-based. Providing you with accurate and informative tools to implement that will make real, sustainable change in you and your family’s life. You will learn how to boost energy, decrease pain and inflammation, reduce the risk of cancer, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and arthritis and reverse damage in your body by learning new ways to approach food, health and exercise.

 

We all know the cost of health care is soaring and it has become even more clear over the past few years that taking our health into our own hands is imperative to living out a healthy and fulfilling life. Food really IS your medicine. Knowing how to make the right choices to maximize your health is so important.

 

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the U.S.; an estimated 1 in 3 US adults will be living with diabetes by 2050 and pain killers are the top selling over-the-counter drug.

Mary McDaniel has been an awesome Health and Wellness Coach! She is kind, supportive, honest and a great listener. She has helped me realize how important it is to make my health my first priority.
